Punctuality & Notice
Arrive on time.
Late or no-shows may be canceled with fees.
If late, contact us.
Final Confirmation
We’ll contact you the day before via phone or email (reachable in Japan).
If you don’t hear from us by 6:00 PM, contact IRIOMOTE ADVENTURE PiPi using your ticket.

Canoe: Ages 3–65
Not for pregnant guests, kids under 3, or those with health issues.

No participation without safety gear.

Weather
Tours run in light rain but may be canceled if unsafe.
Clothing & Preparation
Wear clothes that can get wet.
No toilets—please go beforehand.
No alcohol before or during the tour.
Shower Facilities
Showers available at the office.
Bring a towel and dry clothes.
Wet clothes may prevent ferry boarding.

Tours are in Japanese or English.
May be Japanese-only depending on the day.
・We will pick up and drop off at the Uehara area free of charge. Hotels outside of Uehara area (Jungle Hotel Painumaya, Eco Village Latida Iriomote, etc.) are not included in the pick-up service.
If you are staying at such hotels, please take a bus or cab to Uehara Port.
・The store will inform you of the meeting place and time directly the day before the tour.
