  • Your Empire State Building tickets are timed for the same day as your show. Shows at 4 PM or earlier: Timed entry will be around 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM. Shows at 5 PM or later: Timed entry will be some time between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Please arrive on time, as entry is only valid for your scheduled slot.
  • All signage, audio, and exhibits at the Empire State Building are available in 9 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Korean
  • All guests must pass through airport-style security to access the Observatory. Please avoid glass items, sports equipment, marking instruments (paint/markers), and any packages/luggage
