✅ IDs are mandatory: Colosseum tickets are nominative. You must bring a valid physical ID or passport for every guest. The name on the ticket must match your ID, or entry will be denied by security.
✅ Strict arrival times: You must arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated or refunded due to strict Colosseum capacity limits.
