• Traveling with Young Children: For children aged 0–2 years, please note that the journey takes 3–4 hours and includes winding roads.
• Extra Seat Request: An extra seat can be arranged for a 700 THB fee. Please inform us at least 3 days in advance to make necessary arrangements. Payment can be made directly to the guide on the day of the trip
• Ending the Tour in Chiang Rai: If you wish to conclude your tour in Chiang Rai, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Drop-off will be at the main road or the last tour stop; hotel drop-off is not available
• Luggage Policy: An additional charge of 700 THB per seat applies for luggage, payable directly to the driver. Please inform us at least 3 days in advance to reserve space.
• Appropriate attire for temple visits (shoulders and knees should be covered)
• This program offers 2 options
• Option A (with Long Neck Village) Includes a visit to the Long Neck Karen Village. Admission fee is included in the tour price.
• Option B (without Long Neck Village) The visit to the Long Neck Karen Village is not included. Travelers may wait at the entrance area (about 30 minutes) while others visit inside, or take a short walk around the nearby area.
• For separate bookings, please send all booking references at least 2 days before the travel date so we can try to seat your group in the same van.
• Please provide a WhatsApp-enabled phone number when booking so our team can easily reach you on the day of the tour.
• Not recommended for same-day arrivals or tight onward schedules. Tour timing may vary due to traffic and operational conditions.
• Normally, we use a 12-seat van for transportation, but during the high season, we may use a 42-seat minibus instead.
