Overview

I have organised food/drinks tour since 2018 and it's super popular food tour in Tokyo as I have done everyday.

I had worked Japanese bars in Australia and sold whiskies to customers from all over the world.

Before I started to live in overseas, I visited all Japanese whisky distilleries.

I visited to Kentucky and Tennessee for having a look at Bourbon and Jack Daniel whiskey distilleries.

I have travelled to Scotland and visited 23 distilleries in 3 weeks.

I have got whisky certifications in Japan and I know all whisky master distillers in Japan.

On this activity, you will have 7 different standard Japanese whiskies, Yamazaki, Hakushu, Yoichi etc from Suntory and Nikka included HIBIKI 12 years ( half shot, 15ml each. If you drink full shot of whiskies each of them, you will be definitely wasted!) with history of Japanese whisky in the famous whisky bar in Tokyo.

What to expect

Explaining the history of Japanese whisky, how Japanese whisky is made and let you drink 6 different of Japanese whiskies.

Some of Japanese whisky you have a taste on that day are OUT OF PRODUCTION due to the sudden populality of Japanese whisky since 2008, so Suntory and Nikka whisky companies cannot keep up with massive demands the days.

I know a lot about Japanese whisky and can have all information about Japanese whiskies because all master whisky distillers, famous whisky bloggers and whisky critics in Japan are my friends or at least know each other, so I can tell a secret of what is going on Japanese whisky now.

Some of unpublished information makes you very surprised for sure!
Other things to note please eat something before you attend the tour.
Even though you will drink a half shot of each whisky, you will be drunk if you come there with hungry.
