- 8.00 AM is option for who depart from Hanoi. FREE pick up hotels in Hanoi old quarter & Opera house – just email in advance will be confirmed.
- 11.30AM is option for who depart from the habour without any fee.

• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
• 7.40-8.10AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 7.30AM or 03 Tho Nhuom street at 7.45AM or Embassy hotel, 166 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.10AM to get on the bus

• Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist)
• Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
• Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
• For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.

Pickup and drop-off services will be provided along the following streets: Hai Bà Trưng, Tràng Thi, Phùng Hưng, Hàng Đậu, Trần Nhật Duật, Trần Quang Khải, Nhà Hát Lớn, Tràng Tiền, Lý Thường Kiệt...
