Overview

The Cradle of Humankind, due to its success in ending a robust debate in a journey of Human evolution, is honored by UNESCO and became a World Heritage site. Lesedi Cultural is a home to South Africa multi tribes.
We make our first visit in Sterkfontein Caves. The Sterkfontein Caves famous for being the center where Mrs Ples been unearthed in 1948 by Professor Robert Broom. He managed to calm down the storm of words came from all corners of the world. In this tour be prepared to go underground the caves right to the point of Mrs Ples.
Lesedi Cultural Village is our next and last attractive destination. The missing South Africa Cultures and Traditions are well preserved here. The guided tour takes one to all five villages built in this area.

The visit in Maropeng is optional and depends on finishing Sterkfontein tour on time, if not time won't allow us to this visit. Maropeng Visitors centre is a museum of Cradle of Humankind, the World Heritage Site, a site of global paleoanthropological significance. The museum is accessed from the Tumulus through the underground boat that passes the four elements of life before reaching the museum. The museum houses a living testimony of the development of humankind over millions of years.
