What to expect

Operation City Quest in Rochester is a scavenger hunt done using an app, as well as a remote guide. Head out in search of items from your app in any order you'd like and take a photo through the app to get points. You'll also get points for performing fun challenges. Your remote host will be following along virtually and is just a chat away if you need anything. Physical Requirements: Moderate walking is involved (typically 1.5 to 2 miles over 2 hours at your own pace). The route takes place in public, pedestrian-friendly outdoor spaces with paved sidewalks, making it stroller and wheelchair accessible. Participants should be comfortable walking outdoors.
Restroom Access: Restrooms are not provided directly by the host, but public restrooms are available near the starting point and throughout downtown businesses, public lobbies, and convenience stops along the route.
Device Requirement: At least one fully charged smartphone with active cellular data and GPS capability is required per booking.
Expect to walk about 1 mile during the game, easy downtown city streets.
