Start your evening with a compelling Sunset Cruise on one of our flagship Zambezi Explorer ‘Luxury Decks’, before returning to The Eatery at the Pure Africa Waterfront to indulge in an al fresco dinner of traditionally prepared potjie pot stews. The Zambezi Explorer’s ‘Luxury Decks’ have never looked better, completely refurbished with Ndebele-patterned chairs, generous lounge seating and views through crisp linen curtains, they offer the ideal backdrop. Cruise the watery wilderness with the spray of the Victoria Falls within sight, before returning to The Eatery for a dinner of delicious potjies cooked to perfection by our chefs.
