We offer hotel pickup within Cusco’s Historic Center and up to 1 km around the JW Marriott El Convento. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Our team will contact you to confirm the exact time and location. We can wait up to 30 minutes; after that, the service will be marked as a no-show.
Pickup: 4:00–5:00 AM or 7:00-8:00 AM. Duration: 12–14 hours. Arrival at Machu Picchu: 8:00AM or 12:00 noon. Return to Cusco: 7:00 PM or 9:00 PM depending on departure time. Note: We do not recommend booking this tour on the same day as your departure flight from Cusco.
