The area is renowned for its scenic, tiered rice paddies that cascade down the hillside, creating a mesmerizing view that attracts tourists, photographers, and nature lovers. The Tegalalang Rice Terrace offers visitors the opportunity to walk along the narrow paths between the fields, take in the panoramic views, and learn about the traditional Balinese farming methods. The area around the waterfall is tranquil, and the walk to reach it involves a short trek through the jungle along well-maintained paths and steps, passing small streams and tropical plants. The waterfall is considered ideal for swimming, as the pool is calm and not very deep.

This makes it a popular choice for those looking for a scenic, yet convenient, natural spot to visit. The waterfall is unique in that it flows over a series of rock formations, creating a cascading effect rather than a single vertical drop.
The water tumbles down the rocks into a shallow pool, making it a perfect spot for visitors to stand under the falls, take a refreshing dip, or pose for photos. The surrounding jungle setting adds to the beauty, giving the site a tranquil and tropical feel. Kanto Lampo is not as well-known as some of Bali's other waterfalls, but it has been gaining popularity due to its photogenic appearance and easy accessibility.
