   Walk through a bustling Mumbai spice market, where the aromas of freshly handled spices fill the air. Browse the colourful stalls and learn about the ingredients commonly used in Indian cooking and masala blends. Watch a demonstration of spices being dry-roasted and ground, and see how different ingredients are combined to create customised masalas. You’ll have the opportunity to purchase spices directly from the market if you wish.
6. Churchgate Railway Station

   Ride Mumbai’s local train and experience a transport system used by millions of residents every day. Observe the energy of the stations and the rhythm of the city during the journey. If a visit with a local NGO is available on the day, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn about its community work and connect with its initiatives. The NGO visit is subject to availability.
