PICKUP
1) At Ciampino airport (CIA): appointment in the lobby of the arrival terminal, the driver will hold a sign showing clients' name. At the time of booking please provide flight number and arrival time as well as customers' mobile phone number
2) At the hotel or B&B in Ciampino: appointment in the lobby of the hotel and or at the address provided.
3) At the airport the waiting time included in the price is of 1 hour starts from the landing
4) If the flight is delayed more than 45 minutes, we may not be able to guarantee service, so please contact our office to check availability. Additional costs may apply.
5) In case of delayed baggage claim or lost luggage and related Lost & Found procedures, please contact our office to check availability. Additional costs may apply.
