Gunung Kawi Sebatu Temple – Bali’s Hidden Water Sanctuary
Tucked away in the lush highlands of central Bali, Gunung Kawi Sebatu Temple is one of the island’s most serene and lesser-known water temples. Unlike the more crowded tourist sites, this sacred sanctuary offers a tranquil experience surrounded by dense forest, lotus ponds, and natural spring-fed pools.

Dedicated to Vishnu, the Hindu god of water, Gunung Kawi Sebatu is a place of spiritual purification and deep calm. Crystal-clear waters flow through the temple's fountains and holy baths, which are still used today by locals for ritual cleansing.

The temple’s stunning architecture features intricately carved shrines, moss-covered stone walls, and peaceful koi ponds, making it an ideal place for reflection, photography, and connection to Bali’s spiritual essence.

Gunung Kawi Sebatu is a must-visit gem that captures the soul of Balinese tradition without the crowds.
