Failure to present a voucher containing the full names of all travelers at the ticket office before entry may result in denied admission to the attraction.
Important: Please bring a valid passport or ID card, as it may be required for security checks at the museum entrance.
Please note that access to the second floor of the Uffizi Gallery may involve climbing approximately 126 steps via the historic staircase. Guests who may have difficulty climbing stairs are advised to contact us in advance to discuss accessibility options.
If you are unable to use the stairs to reach the second floor of the Uffizi Gallery, there is an elevator available inside the musuem to help you move between floors more comfortably.
Please note that the Uffizi Gallery has designated entrance and exit routes. For your safety, please follow the instructions provided by museum staff and use the designated access points when entering and leaving the museum.
