Pickup details

For airport pickups, please provide your airline and flight number when booking. After completing immigration, baggage claim, and customs, proceed to the designated meeting area outside the terminal and look for your driver holding a sign with the lead traveler's name. Before pickup, you will receive a confirmation message with your assigned driver's name and pickup details. We recommend keeping your phone connected after arrival. Our Ticoway support team is available by WhatsApp, phone, or email and coordinates directly with your driver. If you have difficulty locating your driver, contact us and we will assist you with the meeting immediately. For pickups from hotels or accommodations within our designated SJO Airport pickup area, your driver will meet you at the main entrance or lobby at the confirmed pickup time.
