Please arrive at Padang Bai Harbour at least 30 minutes before departure. Meet our staff near the main gate or fast boat check-in area. Look for the signboard that matches your boat operator. Show your e-ticket and have your identification ready.
The fast boat will stop at Gili Trawangan's main pier, right in the center of the island. From here, you can easily walk to nearby hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions. There are no motorized vehicles on the island.
Our team will meet you at your selected pickup location. Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Our staff will be dressed in official attire and will have a guest list with them. We may contact you while en route, so please ensure your mobile phone is active and reachable.
