The Etna Distillery is a real jewel in the region. Immerse yourself in the ancient art of island master distillers and savor the authenticity of their products. Grappas, Brandies, Spirits, Bitters, Typical Liqueurs, Handcrafted Rosoli and Creams, all made by safeguarding the traditions of family production and always ensuring the authenticity of the products.

During the 60-minute guided tour, delight your palate with the tasting of nine delicious spirits, accompanied by a selection of typical Sicilian pastries.

Located on a picturesque hill at the foot of Mount Etna and close to the Ionian coast, this distillery offers you an unforgettable experience, a journey to discover unique flavors and a millenary tradition.

• The tasting includes: - "Sicilian cannoli liqueur cream) 1 cream of your choice between pistachio, almond, chocolate, hazelnut, coffee, melon, mandarin, lemon, strawberry or licorice 2 Rosoli of your choice between fennel, cinnamon, bay leaf, fig, cherry, coffee or rose 1 citrus fruit of your choice between mandarinetto, arancello, verdello or limoncello Amaro Siciliano (our classic herbal bitter, a recipe loved for 150 years) Amaro Zagaro (Amaro amiabile with ribera oranges dop and mandarins) Grappa dell'etna (a blend of the best marcs of the Etna area) Grappa Sublime (Grappa di nero d'Avola Riserva aged at least 18 months in barique)"
• On Saturday afternoons there is no production of spirits, so you will only see the machines switched off and will be explained the function
• The liquor production process varies over time, so it is not always possible to see all the machines in action
• Free parking for cars and coaches
• For children under 18 years old there is a soft drink and free access to the tour.
• For those who wish to purchase the products of the distillery at the end of the visit there is a reduction of 20%.
