    Your private driver will pick you up from Square Rome and you'll be transported comfortably in a private vehicle to begin your amazing wine & olive tour in Valpolicella. The drive to the winery and olive oil mill takes you through scenic vineyards and olive groves, offering you a glimpse of the stunning landscapes that make this region famous.

    Begin your exploration at a carefully selected family-run winery in the Eastern Valpolicella region. Start with a tour of the vineyards, where the guide explains the grape-growing process and the region’s terroir. Continue with a visit to the production area: Learn about the vinification process, aging techniques, and bottling of wines. Discover the winery's history and the family’s winemaking traditions that have been passed down through generations.
