Start your day early, leaving Merzouga as the sun rises over the Sahara. Head west towards Agdez on a scenic drive through the desert landscapes.
Upon arrival in Agdez, known for its beautiful palm groves, meet your local guide for a one-hour walk through the Tamnougalt Valley, a lush oasis rich in history and traditional kasbahs.
After the walk, you may also visit the nearby Kasbah Tamnougalt (optional), an ancient fortress known for its remarkable architecture.
