After the tour and visit to the factory, we will be able to stop for a typical fondue at the restaurant located inside the cheese factory.
The Emmentaler factory is 1h30min away from Zurich, and the tour begins with a scenic part of the Swiss countryside. At the cheese factory we will take a 20-minute route through underground rooms that present the history of the cheese factory and production techniques in a fun way.
