The visit begins in the vineyard, where you'll walk among the vines and learn how the estate tends each variety through the seasons. From there, you'll move into the cellar to discover how the grapes become wine — the choices made at harvest, the rhythm of fermentation, and the patience required before a bottle is ready.
The tasting that follows brings it all together. You'll try six wines, each expressing a personal and modern interpretation of the classic varietals grown on the estate. Alongside the glasses, a generous charcuterie board of local cured meats, cheeses, and regional delicacies gives the tasting a convivial, unhurried feel.
