• The package prices are valid for accommodation in standard double or triple rooms. If you prefer a single room, an additional single-room supplement fee will apply.
• Your domestic flight tickets will be sent by the supplier three days before your departure date. All flight tickets are in economy class and include a baggage allowance of 15 kg for checked luggage and 8 kg for carry-on luggage per passenger. If you require additional baggage allowance, please contact us in advance.
• The hot air balloon ride is an optional activity and is not included in the package price. Ticket prices for balloon flights vary depending on the season and demand. To receive the most accurate pricing information, please mention your request in the special requests section when booking the tour. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
• Hot air balloon flights require optimal weather conditions and may be canceled at any time by the Civil Aviation Authority. Such decisions are made for safety reasons and are final. Cappadocia, with its rich history spanning thousands of years, offers much more than just a balloon flight experience. If your primary reason for visiting Cappadocia is the balloon ride, please be aware that cancellations may occur due to weather conditions.
