Chef Hector Aguilar is Maidos former creative chef (best restaurant in South America 2024 and 5th in the world) and you will learn under his guidance how to cook 1 of our 4 menus of 5 dishes from scratch and how to make your ow pisco sour. At the end of your class you will enjoy an amazing Lunch or Dinner followed a fruit tasting and you will get video tutorials and our recipe eBook.
