Overview
This is a private day trip to the Danube Delta.
We will pick you up in the morning from your hotel and drive 4 hours to Tulcea city (282 km / 175 miles).
From there we will take a private boat and we will go deep into the Danube Delta on small waterways to see wild animals and rare birds.
We will sail on the Danube, we will see isolated fisherman villages, beautiful landscapes and lush vegetation.
We will have lunch in the middle of the Danube Delta, to a local, who will cook for us.
We will admire the beauties of nature and enjoy the tranquility of this wonderful place where a lot of birds and animals live.

The delta is home to a wide variety of plant and animal life, including over 300 species of birds.

Danube Delta

The Danube Delta is the second largest river delta in Europe, after the Volga Delta, and is the best preserved on the continent. The greater part of the Danube Delta lies in Romania (Tulcea County), with a small part in Ukraine.
The Danube delta hosts over 300 species of birds as well as 45 freshwater fish species in its numerous lakes and marshes.

The boat is not included! Boat rental fee - 120€ for group at 1-4 passengers, or 30€ per person for group at 5-8 pax
Be prepared for a long day, with 7-8 driving!
