Our first stop will bring us into the cellars of one of the greatest Champagne wineries. (Veuve Clicquot or Moët & Chandon or Mercier or Pommery or others). These cellars of exceptional heritage are the living testimony of several centuries of development. They are the keepers of a real treasure - the memory of human craft and talent throughout history.
Depending on the day of the week, we can go to a village market to meet local producers and artisans. The choice of the cellar will depend on availability.
