Pickup Time: Your pickup may take place up to 45 minutes before the tour’s scheduled starting time. For example, if your tour starts at 9:00 AM, your pickup may be scheduled anytime between 8:15 AM and 9:00 AM, depending on your location and other pickups.

Doha City & Hotels: Pickup is available from residential addresses and hotel lobbies within or near Doha city.

Hamad International Airport (DOH): Meet your driver at Arrival Exit 4.

Doha Cruise Port: Our team will contact you in advance to confirm your exact pickup arrangements.

Please be ready at your confirmed pickup location during the pickup window. We will provide or confirm your pickup details before the tour.

If your location is outside our standard pickup area, we will contact you with the nearest available meeting point.
