If at the New Port, our driver will meet you at the Cruise Ship's Gate to transfer you. Arrive 20 minutes early.

• - We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the experiences, any guests delay, up until 5 minutes, it will be a non show, refund requests will not be acceptable.
• - We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to reply to our messages, emails or calls for directions to the meeting point.
• - Guests have to be able to walk for approximately 2 hours, at a slow pace, on uneven surfaces that include some steps.
• - We try our best to return lost items, but we are not responsible for belongings left on the bus/mini van.
• - The tour will leave on schedule. If you arrive late and miss parts of the tour, there will be no refunds or replacements. We do not offer any reimbursement or compensation.
