Your Welcome Pickups driver will meet you at your selected pickup location at the scheduled time and will wait for up to 30 minutes after pickup time. If you experience any delays, please contact your driver as soon as possible using the contact details provided before your tour.

Prior to pickup, you’ll receive your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details, making it easy to identify them upon arrival. Your professional local driver will be happy to assist with luggage and help ensure a comfortable and seamless experience throughout your tour.

Please note that this sightseeing tour cannot begin, end, or include stops at airports, ports, or train stations.

If you have any special requirements — such as traveling with a service animal, extra luggage, or needing additional assistance — please let us know when booking so we can best accommodate your needs.

• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• This is a private chauffeur service, not a guided tour. Your driver is a local, English-speaking professional who can share practical tips, local insights, and recommendations, but they are not a licensed tour guide.
• The 4 and 8 hour services are designed for local routes within or close to Denpasar. Travel to distant areas of Bali may require approval, extra time, or additional charges.
• Additional time is subject to driver availability and must be agreed upon before the scheduled end of the service. Overtime and any applicable additional charges are payable separately. Extending the duration does not automatically extend the original service area.
• Pickup and drop-off are included from your selected hotel, villa, apartment, or central location within or close to Denpasar.
• Traffic can be unpredictable, especially during busy hours. The number of stops possible depends on distance, traffic, and how long you stay at each place.
• Airport pickups or drop-offs are not included in the standard chauffeur service unless specifically booked as part of the route.
• Please mention your preferred stops, pickup time, luggage needs, child seats, accessibility requirements, or special requests in the booking notes so we can plan the most suitable route.
• The service includes a route allowance of up to 20 km per booked hour. Any distance beyond this limit may require approval and may incur additional charges.
• The 12 hour service is designed for extended flexible routes starting from within or close to Denpasar, with the possibility to include selected day trips depending on distance, traffic, and available time.
