We will roll it out by hand and with the pasta machine, making shapes for Cappellacci & Spaghetti, but not without a small aperitif with tomato and basil “bruschetta” and few glasses of Prosecco! It is already time to prepare another dough, the potatoes Gnocchi. Come in the kitchen and watch how do the sauces for gnocchi, spaghetti and cappellaci with ricotta and spinach.
