Please look for the X-Treme Parasail shack with a jet ski on the roof when you arrive (our gate is close by).
Please arrive at Pier A gate 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time of departure. Staff will greet you at the gate.

Unfortunately, if you arrive late and miss the departure, it will be considered a "no call, no show" and we won’t be able to offer a refund.
