Day 2: Xenotes Discover 4 Amazing Cenotes

   Discover four spectacular cenotes surrounded by the lush jungle of the Riviera Maya, each offering a unique natural setting and aquatic experience. Explore crystal-clear waters, admire impressive limestone formations, and connect with the beauty of these ancient natural wonders.
   
   Enjoy a variety of activities throughout the experience, including kayaking through peaceful waters and exciting zip-line rides surrounded by tropical vegetation. Swim, explore, and experience the different landscapes of the cenotes while enjoying an unforgettable day filled with nature, adventure, and refreshing water activities.

Cancún Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancún (mall)

Puerto Morelos Meeting Point: Hacienda Morelos

Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support)

Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be outside the Aloft Tulum.

The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

• Wear comfortable clothes, shoes and sunglasses, bring your swimsuit, towels and extra clothes.
• Use biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent.
• For ziplines minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg
• There may be changes without prior notice in the logistics or operation of the tour.
• The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.
• Wear a swimsuit, water shoes and comfortable clothing. Additionally, bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
• Remember to bring cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs, get the photos of your visit, or enjoy an Optional Activity.
• Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age must show an ID to verify their age as well.
• For the zip-line activity, a minimum height of 4.5 ft (1.4 m) and a minimum weight of 88 lbs (40 kg) are required.
• The use of the life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
• Please take into account that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so some roads to reach them are not paved and could be bumpy.
• Also be aware that due to the location of the cenotes in the middle of the jungle, cell phone service is likely unavailable.
• It is not possible to make a date change the same day of your visit.
• There might be changes without prior notice to the tour’s logistics or operation.
• Smoking Control: At Grupo Xcaret we comply with government regulations by offering smoke-free and emission-free spaces. For smoking, we have designated exclusive areas restricted for minors, pregnant women, senior citizens, and people with cardiovascular and pulmonary health problems.
• Children over 6 years old can access to the park
• Entry is not allowed for children 5 and under.
• If you reserve even if it is early or late, this reservation is subject to availability, you will be notified as soon as you reserve if we still have spaces, this tour is in high demand and most of the time our capacity is full
• We need the ID Screenshoot of the cardholder. Cardholder must to be the lead traveller name and is mandatory that person assist in the park, if we do not have everything we need we can not provide your official boarding pass
• We are not responsibles if you forgot your personal belogings in the bus or park, make sure you do not forget any item when you get off the bus
• This tour is not recommended for people with heart, lung, or spine conditions; with asthma, diabetes, or hypertension; or pregnant women or those suspected of being pregnant. The average water temperature of the cenotes is 75 to 78° F throughout the year.
