    Get ready for an action-packed jungle adventure in the heart of the Riviera Maya! Start by riding a shared ATV through rugged jungle trails and muddy paths, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation.

    Then slow things down with a peaceful horseback ride through the jungle. Along the way, your guide may point out local wildlife and native plants as you enjoy the natural surroundings.

    Next, take your adventure to the treetops with an exciting zipline circuit, soaring from platform to platform above the jungle canopy.

    Finally, cool off with a refreshing swim in a semi-open cenote, a natural sinkhole surrounded by limestone walls and crystal-clear waters, once considered sacred by the ancient Maya.

Pickup details

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach:

Cancún: Outside the Smart Cancún by Oasis lobby
Playa Del Carmen: For logistic if we cannot pick you up, we can pick you up at strategic meeting points; Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen or The Elements

If you are passing the Playacar area you will have to move to Coco Bongo for your pickup

Tulum: There is no pickup in any hotel or Airbnb, if the Customer wants to get there by its own, please get in contact with us so we can assist you. Another option would be for the Customer to move to Playa Del Carmen at Coco Bongo which is the closest meeting point.

The pickup time is set according to your location and the availability of the tour, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service.

The 09:30 am pickups start at 09:00 am and 12:30 am pickups start at 12:00 am.

Depending on the availability, the schedule can change (in highly season), a customer care agent from us will get in touch to let the customer know about the situation. If the Customer is not able to take the change or schedules, it will be 100% refundable.
