Overview

As darkness falls, Xplor transforms the Maya jungle into a completely different world. Firelight replaces daylight, creating a thrilling atmosphere where the jungle, caves, and underground rivers take on an almost mystical character.

Unlike a typical daytime adventure, Xplor Fuego combines the excitement of an outdoor adventure park with the mystery of exploring the jungle after dark. The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 06:30 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

  • For Amphibious Vehicles and Underground Expedition, the minimum height is 1.10 m
  • If you are a guest of the hotel Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes minutes away nexto to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel conciergel always help to the customers to get to the park
  • The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.
  • Travelers will be excluded from the activities due to a medical condition such as a body cast. If they want to go, they can pay their entrance fee (same price) and can stay in the rest area.
