The pickup time is set according to your location, pick up start at 6:00 am and depending on the location the pickup time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

• Use Biodegradable Sunscreen, sunglasses and Insect Repellent.
• The bus has one restroom, which is available for emergencies and for restroom use only. Please note that using the restroom for number 2 is not permitted, as its ventilation system is connected to the entire bus and could cause unpleasant odors throughout the vehicle. Restroom stops will be made at the locations visited during the tour, where bathrooms are available.
• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring your swimsuit, towels and extra clothes for a change
• Hotel changes are not allowed after 6 pm because we can not modify our logistic
• Tour can last more than 12 hours (we recommend you to bring some snacks)
• The tour and the spots to visit can vary according the guide logistic, also in its duration, up to 14 hours or more according to the transfers from one place to another, and this is according to the traffic, keep in mind that you will be traveling all day
• Life vests can be rented at the cenote ticket office and are charged only for the time you swim
• Beverages is not Included in the restaurant during the meal
• First we pick you up in smaller vehicles to take you to the last meeting point where the main bus will be waiting to take you to your destination
• Dear visitor, please note that backpacks are not allowed inside the Chichén Itzá archaeological site. This restriction applies to all types of backpacks without exception and is intended to enhance safety, improve the visitor experience, and help preserve the site.
