Pickup details

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach:

Cancún Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Smart Cancún by Oasis in Tulum Avenue

The pick up time is set acording to your location and starts at 7:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

• We recommend that you bring comfortable clothing, a bathing suit, biodegradable sunscreen, water shoes (optional) and towels.
• We first pick up guests in smaller vehicles and bring everyone to the final meeting point, where the main bus will be waiting for the group.
• Tulum preservation tax USD 25.00 per person
• Transportation is normally provided by bus. However, in rare cases and due to last-minute logistical adjustments, we may use a van instead of a bus. We would like to inform you of this possibility in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.
