Overview

We tell you everything you need to know about the sunniest town in Germany. This is not your typical city walk – instead, we try to keep our tour fun and not overwhelm you with lots of historical data. Packed with lots of background info, local stories, and recommendations on where to eat, shop, and drink you will get to know Freiburg as a local, not a tourist.

This is a self-guided audio tour that you can start, pause, or restart at any time and complete at your own pace. The tour uses GPS technology to play the appropriate audio tracks as you go. It follows a set route and includes turn-by-turn directions.

Detailed instructions are available on your ticket which you will receive after booking. Before arrival, please install the 2gotours mobile app and use the code provided on your ticket. Everything you need is included in one download.

Once you download the tour, everything is entirely contained on your device, you do not need a data plan.
