If you opt for the driver-only service, you’ll enjoy full self-guided freedom on a flexible 4-hour hiking route: choose to explore round-trip from the main gate, or take the more scenic one-way trail that starts at the main gate and exits through the East Gate.

Compared to other sections of the Great Wall, Jinshanling has fewer tourists, offering a more tranquil exploration experience. However, hiking the Great Wall requires a certain level of physical fitness; please assess your physical condition in advance to ensure a comfortable journey.
