Guests who travel to the meeting point independently must arrive by 10:00 a.m. for the morning session or 2:00 p.m. for the afternoon session. Upon arrival, you will find a parking area where a 4WD safari vehicle will be waiting for pickup.

Pickup details

Get picked up from your hotel near the main road. If you are staying on the hill, you must visit a nearby hotel or meeting point. The pickup time is from 9.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. for the morning session and 1.30 p.m. - 2.00 p.m. for the afternoon session.
The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

The child must be 8 years and above and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.
ATV capacity is limited to 140 kilograms including rider and passenger.
Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 16 years old.
During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.
Individuals with movement impairments are not permitted to participate.
Individuals with the following conditions cannot participate: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, or injuries/medical treatments related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver.
Individuals with high blood pressure, asthma, or congenital diseases are not permitted to participate.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
