Pickup details

Pickup is available for all hotels within Pattaya area. Pickup time is 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM. For the morning session and 1.00 p.m. - 1.30 p.m. for the afternoon session. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

Individuals with movement impairments are not permitted to participate.
Please note that our insurance doesn't cover medical expenses or personal belongings, so consider checking with your insurance provider for any additional coverage you may require.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
