Pickup details

Pickup is available for all hotels within Pattaya area. Pickup time is 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM. For the morning session and 1.00 p.m. - 1.30 p.m. for the afternoon session. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

Each jet ski accommodates up to 2 persons, with a combined maximum weight of 200 kg.
Children aged 5–14 years may join as passengers on a jet ski only.
The minimum age requirement for jet ski riders is 15 years.
Please be aware that our routes and schedule may be subject to change based on weather conditions, ensuring your safety while still offering an unforgettable adventure.
Please note that our insurance doesn't cover medical expenses or personal belongings, so consider checking with your insurance provider for any additional coverage you may require.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
Individuals with the following conditions cannot participate: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, or injuries/medical treatments related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver.
Individuals with high blood pressure, asthma, or congenital diseases are not permitted to participate.
