For guests making their own way to the meeting point, please meet our staff at the 7-Eleven near Mae Haad Pier. Kindly arrive 10–15 minutes before 11:50 AM to allow enough time for check-in. Late arrivals may result in missing the tour, and no refund will be provided in this case.

Pickup details

Pickup is available for all hotels within the Koh Tao area. Pickup time is between 11.00 a.m.- 11.30 a.m. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.
