Pickup details

Pickup is available for all hotels within Khao Lak area. Pickup time is between 8.00 a.m.- 9.50 a.m. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

Mu Ko Similan National Park is closed annually from May 16th to October 14th for the purpose of nature conservation.
Children's tickets are for those between 4 and 11 years of age.
Infants from 1 to 3 years old are free of charge.
Children under one year of age are not advised to participate.
Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.
Guests who are over 70 years old are not encouraged to join the tour.

On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
