Thai Food Culture and Cooking Techniques from Our Garden In Chiang Mai

Our cooking school is located outside of town, where we have a quiet and peaceful ambiance. We hope you would enjoy and relax at our place. Everyone will learn about the ingredient from both local markets and our private garden. Visiting the local market is an essential part of our cooking class. We will explain to you about different types of rice, seasonings, curry pastes, and how to make fresh coconut milk. Not all products might be easily available in your country, so we explain what substitutes you might use.

After that everyone will get the recipe cookbook with color photos and explain everything with some ingredients to replace also. You will learn how to cook by preparing the dishes yourself, so be prepared to cut, chop and fry. Practical experience is the best way to learn the art of Thai cuisine and therefore everyone will have their own workstation to work with their own ingredients and prepare their individual dishes. Pickup details

• You can also get picked up from your hotel in Chiang Mai town.
• The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking.
• Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-shows

• Soup Choices: Tom yum Kung, Tom Kha Kai (Clear soup or Thick Soup),
• Stir-fried: Chicken cashew nuts, Sweet and sour, Stir-fried holy basil
• Noodles choices: Pad Thai, Spring rolls
• Dessert choices: Banana in coconut milk, Mango sticky rice, Banana springroll
• In any case, if your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the number of people and etc.), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront for the show/tour.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
