Pickup details

Pickup is available only from hotels within 5 km of Chiang Mai Old City. Pickup time is 8.00 a.m.-8.30 a.m. for the morning session, 12.00 p.m. -12.30 p.m. for the afternoon session and 3.30 p.m.-4.00 p.m. for the evening session.
The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time by email. Please check your email before departure. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the vehicle has left your hotel.

Grand Canyon Lake access is included only with the Cooking + Market + Canyon option.
Please bring swimwear and a change of clothes if you select the Grand Canyon Lake option and would like to swim or relax by the water.
Grand Canyon Lake activities may not be suitable for pregnant guests or guests with high blood pressure, heart disease or bone conditions.
On the rare occasion that the tour is cancelled by the operator, you will be informed in advance and offered a different date, an alternative tour or a full refund.
