Hotel pickup is available from major areas in Phuket. Pickup time is between 7.30 a.m. and 8.00 a.m., depending on your hotel location.
The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time by email. Please check your email before the travel date.
Please wait for the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the vehicle has left your hotel.

Accommodation on Phi Phi Island is included. Room type and hotel assignment are subject to availability and the operator’s arrangement.
Four meals are included as stated in the itinerary: Day 1 lunch and dinner, Day 2 breakfast and lunch.
Guests are advised to bring a small overnight bag. An additional charge of 200 THB per bag applies for baggage exceeding 56 × 34 × 23 cm.
Some stops, such as Viking Cave, Monkey Bay, and Chicken Island, may be sightseeing from the boat only, depending on sea conditions and local regulations.
Maya Bay is closed annually from 1 August to 30 September. During this period, the itinerary may be adjusted and Maya Bay may be viewed from outside only, depending on national park regulations, sea conditions, and safety considerations.
The itinerary and timing are subject to change depending on weather, sea conditions, safety considerations, national park regulations, traffic, pickup and drop-off times, and transit times between activities.
National park fees are collected separately by the park authorities and help support marine conservation, park maintenance, visitor facilities, safety management, and environmental protection in the national park areas.
On the rare occasion that we are required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour, or a full refund.
Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.
