Pickup details

For the Phuket–Phi Phi Ferry Transfer option, please meet at Rassada Pier Terminal for ferry check-in. No hotel pickup or drop-off transfers are included for this option. The ferry departure time will be confirmed by the operator by email after booking. Please check your email for ferry details and arrive 15–30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrival after the scheduled departure time may result in missing the ferry and will be treated as a no-show.

For guided day tour options, hotel pickup is available from hotels in the Phuket area. Pickup time is between 4.40 a.m. and 8.30 a.m., depending on your selected option. The exact pickup time will be confirmed by the operator by email after booking. Please check your email for pickup details and wait at your hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. Guests who are more than 10 minutes late will be treated as a no-show.

The Phuket–Phi Phi Ferry Transfer option is a one-way ferry ticket from Phuket to Phi Phi Don only. It does not follow the guided day tour itinerary and does not include sightseeing stops, lunch, snorkeling, a guide, or return transfer to Phuket.
Please be informed that Maya Bay is closed annually from 1 August to 30 September for environmental conservation. During this period, visitors are not allowed to step onto the beach and may only view and take photos of Maya Bay from the boat.
Children aged 3–10 years are charged the child rate.
The itinerary is subject to change. Times shown are approximate and may vary depending on the selected option, weather, sea conditions, tide, national park regulations, pickup and drop-off locations, and transit times between activities.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
This tour may not be suitable for participants over 60 years old due to boat travel, sea conditions, and the physical nature of the activities.
Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart disease, and bone diseases are not recommended to join the tour.
