Pickup details

Pickup is available for all hotels in Krabi within specific areas. Pickup time is between 8.00 a.m. to 8.40 a.m. Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.
The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time via email. Please check your email for confirmation. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
