Participants must be aged 4 years and above and weigh between 20–105 kg. Children aged 4–12 must be accompanied by an adult.
The activity is not recommended for pregnant women, and people with surgical history less than 6 months or with hypertension, asthma, infectious diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, and any mental health condition.
Please wear comfortable footwear. Flip-flops are not allowed. Sandals with secure straps are acceptable.
