Your precise pickup time will be confirmed via email by the tour operator. Please ensure you check your email for this information. Kindly meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
To maintain fairness for all participants, we must adhere to the scheduled departure time. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
